Thank you https://behindclosedscreens.wordpress.com/ Connie Dia for another nomination and another additional work kekekekeke

When I started this mess I was struggling with myself. My struggle with myself is born out of my face to face collision with the world. When the world do a head on with you it opens itself to you and you began to imagine why there are so many contrasts in it: good and evil, love and hurt, war and peace etc. On this site you will see me through real life conversations with world and novel citizens flavored with my biased opinions

What have you learned during the lockdown period?

I have learnt that there is very little to celebrate when one is in diaspora. I am thinking there is nothing like home is best, nothing like world citizen. The best we call home sometimes shoves us out of it. The world we call home always make us dance that old dance dance around together. When the world become a village we will have no passport and international or foreign affairs offices.

Describe yourself in three words.

I am complicated

If you were to meet any African President in this time , who would you choose and why?

I don’t want to meet any of them

What is the one thing you can never part with?

Literature

Would you rather live in a large city, a small town or a countryside and why?

Countryside. I think it’s close to Eden in terms of the air we breathe there, nature: imagine seeing the stars, the rising and setting sun, all the real poultry and livestock there, the communal pulse of the place. It is a lot freer except during election times, waaal I am speaking of the Zimbabwean countryside.

Thanks for reading. See ya on these streets. Ciao.

I am a preacher confused in the constant happenings of life. I have been secretive about inner thoughts. Now I want to flow with them. I want to vomit. The pen is my link to the paper. The keyboard becomes the first step towards you. The internet will sort everything else considering I am not broke.
